Nigel is the Founding Director of Outstanding.Global, and is an authority on leadership, creativity and diversity. For 30 years he has worked with a wide range of businesses worldwide. Nigel specialises in providing support and training to high-performance teams as well as individual coaching.

As a multi-award winning Founder and CEO of two NGOs, Green Light Trust and Northern Lights, Nigel lives his leadership philosophy both in the boardroom and as a social/environmental entrepreneur.

MiRan is an Executive Director at IHS Markit. She has almost 20 years’ experience in strategy, product development and building strategic alliances and her personal and professional insight spans across the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, having lived and worked in over 7 different cities around the world.

MiRan thrives in high energy and entrepreneurial settings, while enabling others to bring their authentic selves to professional and personal settings. She is a mother to two small boys and a wife to Sucheet.

Rishabh is working as a Vice President at HSBC. He has over 12 years of experience in Risk Management, Strategy Consulting and Data Analytics. He brings along with him diverse professional insights having worked or lived across Asia, Americas, Middle East and Europe.

Rishabh is a passionate individual who is keen to connect with people across the globe. He has managed multi cultured teams and been able to develop long-lasting relationships. He is married and settled in India.

Katie has taken on a number of leadership roles across her public relations and event management background, including setting up a running events company to promote good mental health and encouraging a healthy, outdoor lifestyle.

Whilst helping to keep the wheels turning at Outstanding.Global, Katie has gained bookkeeping qualifications, is a parish councillor for her village, Chair of Governors at the local primary school and is bringing up her two children.

Janet is a commercially astute international HR leader of change with a breadth of experience, building and leading global HR strategy, across the whole HR life cycle.

A trusted advisor who collaborates with leadership teams, analyses environments and executes people-based solutions that drive business change, transformation and growth.

Sanah is an experienced learning and development professional with over 18 years’ experience in the field of developing human resources in the corporate sector.

Based in Singapore Sanah is the founder of Thrive4U. With over 600 hours of coaching to her name, Sanah is an ICF (PCC) certified coach. Her expertise lies in coaching for performance, personal effectiveness, well-being, creating impact in presenting and communication, leadership of oneself and others, and working collaboratively as a team. She is passionate about working with individuals to help them achieve their potential and realise their goals.

Laura is an award-winning writer and has an MA from the Creative Writing programme at Royal Holloway, University of London, as well as a degree in English from the University of Cambridge. She is interested in the power our words have to include or exclude, to heal or to harm. Outside work, she has campaigned for sustainable development in her village and sits on the steering group of a local woodland charity.

Tom is an academic at the University of Warwick working across philosophy and psychology. He’s interested in how emerging research can help people and businesses flourish. His own research encompasses business ethics, skill development, analytic problem solving. He works with business on innovative thinking and the promotion of trust. With Outstanding.Global, he’s keen to expose how our biases and stereotypes interfere with how we think about ourselves and others and to introduce strategies for overcoming these limitations.
